OUR FOUNDER

Bill Coelius

Welcome, I’m Bill, the founder of Bill Coelius Coaching. An actor’s audition sparked my passion for executive coaching. There is an audition for every role, a high-impact, very stressful microscope of both the individual’s fear and talent, both competing in the same space for the grand prize - landing the gig. Considering that the most prevalent fear humans have (aside from death) is public speaking, auditions thrust actors into a complex mix of performance and anxiety. Similar to how professional athletes, doctors, or CEOs are called to make strong, intelligent, AND emotional choices in the moment.

I’ve experienced first hand the gut wrenching nerves that tag along when public speaking. I made it my life’s goal to study and master these short but incredibly impactful moments we have in life.
